Monwest Group Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Monwest Group") was established in October 2011, with its headquarters located in Singapore. The Monvist Group is engaged in the ownership, management, and operation of lottery tickets in Mongolia, where it owns Mongolian enterprises - Modern Capital Limited Liability Company (MCV) and BizINVIN Limited Liability Company (BizINVIN, together with MCV, collectively referred to as the "Group"). It is the licensee and operator of the Mongolian National Lottery (MNL).
